DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. If you enjoy coming home from a long day at work just to have your blood pressure skyrocket, then this is the place for you. The HOA is run by a power-tripping older woman who treats the community like her personal kingdom and the residents like peasants. Their favorite power move? Deactivating your gate access keys out of nowhere. They will literally lock you out of your own community and hold your keys hostage until you jump through their ridiculous parking hoops. We have 3 designated parking spots for our home, but they are demanding we have 4 registration stickers for 4 cars. Here’s the kicker: that fourth car belongs to a visitor who only comes over once a month, but they still demand a sticker for it! Instead of addressing actual community issues (like the entry gate arms that are constantly broken and left wide open) they spend all their energy terrorizing residents. They will boot your car and slap aggressive stickers on your windows without a second thought. If you try to be friendly to this HOA lady, she just gives you a look like you’re beneath her. I’ve been a resident here for over three years, and unfortunately the office has consistently been unavailable and unhelpful. The office is often closed during posted business hours and always closes for lunch, making it nearly impossible to take care of basic needs such as obtaining parking passes or replacement IDs. In the rare times I have been able to get inside (maybe three times in three years), the equipment, like the pass printer, has frequently been broken — meaning residents end up paying for services they can’t even use. Because of this lack of availability, I’ve had my car stickered by security for not having a pass, despite the fact that the office was closed and I had no way to obtain one. When my vehicle was in the shop, I was also unable to register a rental car for the same reason. To make matters worse, staff interactions have been unprofessional. Rather than assisting residents, the administrative assistant often responds with arguments or dismissive comments. For example, when asked how residents are expected to manage around the unpredictable office hours, the response was simply, “I don’t know what to tell you, we’re short staffed.” At one point, residents w

Worst customer service experienced I have ever encountered my life. While being in communication back and forth with Carla about renting the ballroom. I called a few days before the event to make full payment and move forward. I was told that Carla was on vacation and because of the short notice they were unable to rent the room. I literally begged the manager to make an exception and was told that nothing could be done. Wow! No customer service whatsoever, they treat homeowners like they don't pay hoa fees and have no rights. No one was willing to help or go above and beyond for anyone. I than sent another email asking again to reconsider and was totally ignored.. Stay away!!!

The development is the worse place to live. I have never paid my money to stay somewhere that the residents are being targeted by the security company. As paying grown adults you cannot have company over night without being in fear of their vehicle being booted. People please do your research before moving to the Moors. The staff and security company is rude and disrespectful. My neighbors and I are forming a group to go to Help Me Howard on the security company. Enough is Enough!

Absolutely cannot wait until my lease is up to move! So many rules when you need help with something like someone vandalized your car on their property they tell you basically that’s your business and then later on threatens to have your car towed where you’re currently living and paying rent at! Clearly need the insurance to come out and take a look before I can get a check! Also, when you call the moors you can never get a hold of anyone the doors at the main office is never open so it’s honestly a waste of your time reaching out with your concerns! You’re paying for security but the front gate security officers do what they want one minute they just allow anyone yet giving ubers a hard time to get in! Residents can’t go through the first gate if you’re not in your car which is the dumbest thing! No assigned parking spot and about everyone that stays in latitude at the moors as a sticker on their car threatened to be towed! Only thing good about here is the price to live but it’s not worth the headache
